We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a “Safety Technician - Offshore (M/F)” with previous FPSO experience for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is based in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), on a 14x14 rotation. This opportunity is open to Brazilian nationals or professionals who are legally authorized to work in Brazil.

Position Summary:
Implements and monitors HSE processes onboard, ensuring compliance with company safety management system and regulatory requirements. Promotes safety awareness and risk control in offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HSE campaigns, plans, and toolbox talks
- Monitor safety practices and compliance
- Support emergency response drills
- Mandatory Trainings (R): CBSP, CACI, NR33, NR35, H2S, Benzeno
What profile and skills are required for this “Safety Technician - Offshore (M/F)” role?
Requirements:
- Education: Technical diploma in Safety or equivalent
- Experience: 5–8 years in offshore safety roles
- Skills: Risk assessment, HSE audits, toolbox talks, emergency drills
- Language: English intermediate
- Certificates: NR33, NR35, H2S, CBSP
