In what environment will you work as a CAPEX Project Manager (M/F)?

 

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for a CAPEX Project Manager (M/F).

 

Mission context

 

As part of pharmaceutical industrial investment projects, the CAPEX Project Manager (M/F) will manage technical projects from the study phases through to commissioning and start-up of the installations.

 

CAPEX Project Manager (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

 

Main mission

 

In close collaboration with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, CQV and Quality teams, you will be responsible for managing CAPEX projects on site.

 

Main activities

• Manage CAPEX projects from design to commissioning
• Define technical and functional requirements
• Monitor planning, budget and project risks
• Coordinate engineering studies and suppliers
• Follow construction, commissioning and start-up activities
• Lead project meetings
• Manage technical and operational interfaces
• Participate in FAT/SAT and CQV activities
• Prepare project reporting

 

What profile and skills are required for this CAPEX Project Manager (M/F) position?

 

Education & experience

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial CAPEX project management
• Experience in pharmaceutical environments appreciated
• Knowledge of GMP environments
• Professional English appreciated

 

Technical skills

• Industrial project management
• Planning and budget management
• Multi-disciplinary coordination
• Supplier and construction follow-up
• Knowledge of CQV activities

 

Soft skills

• Leadership
• Organization and autonomy
• Good cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities
