To strengthen our teams and continue our growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition (M/F) in Toulouse

 

Talent Acquisition (M/F): What will your roles and responsibilities be?

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

Writing and publishing job offers, tailoring content to the targeted profiles

Collecting and defining recruitment needs in collaboration with Business Managers

Managing incoming applications and, in time, developing the ability to match each profile to specific EP2C requirements

Identifying and approaching talents via job boards, social media, and your own network

Daily updates of the internal database

Conducting in-depth phone screenings and interviews in both French and English

Regular reporting to managers

 

What profile and skills are required for this "Talent Acquisition" position?

Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment within a consulting firm

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assess candidates in both French and English

Team spirit, attention to detail, and autonomy

Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases
