In what organisation will you be working as a Photovoltaic Team Leader (M/F)?


We are looking for a Photovoltaic Team Leader (M/F) on behalf of one of our clients specialising in renewable energy, to support the development of their solar projects.


The role is based in Saint-Aunès (34) and involves frequent travel to construction sites across the region.


You will join a dynamic team working on photovoltaic installation projects and play a key role in ensuring their successful completion.


Job description
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate the teams on site and ensure that the installation of photovoltaic power stations runs smoothly.
You will ensure that deadlines are met, the quality of the work is maintained and safety requirements are adhered to throughout the projects.


Photovoltaic Team Leader (M/F): What will your duties and responsibilities be?

  • Organise and supervise photovoltaic installation work.• Manage on-site teams and coordinate subcontractors.• Monitor the progress of the work and ensure the schedule is adhered to.• Ensure that installations comply with regulations.• Enforce safety rules on site.• Carry out daily monitoring of the work and prepare reports.• Attend site meetings.• Act as the main point of contact for the various parties involved on site.


What profile and skills are required for this role?


Experience
• Technical qualification in electricity, electrical engineering or renewable energy.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience on photovoltaic installation sites.
• Experience in supervising field teams.


Skills
• Photovoltaic installation.
• Low-voltage electrical work.
• Reading plans.
• Site organisation.
• Team coordination.
• Compliance with HSE procedures.

 

Desired qualifications
• BR / BP Photovoltaic certification.
• Working at height.
• CACES R482 category F.
• CACES R486 (aerial work platform).
