In what environment will you work as a Construction Supervisor (M/F)?

 

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for a Construction Supervisor (M/F).

 

Mission context

As part of pharmaceutical construction and revamping projects, the Construction Supervisor (M/F) will coordinate on-site construction activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and scheduling requirements.

 

Construction Supervisor (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

 

Main mission

In collaboration with project teams, contractors and EHS teams, you will supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.

 

Main activities

• Supervise construction activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and contractors
• Ensure compliance with EHS procedures
• Monitor construction progress and schedule
• Participate in construction meetings
• Follow installation quality activities
• Manage on-site technical interfaces
• Prepare project reporting
• Participate in punch-list and handover activities

 

What profile and skills are required for this Construction Supervisor (M/F) position?

 

Education & experience

• Technical degree from Bachelor’s to Master’s level
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction supervision
• Experience in pharmaceutical environments appreciated
• Knowledge of EHS requirements
• Professional English appreciated

 

Technical skills

• Construction coordination
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
• Contractor management
• Schedule follow-up and reporting
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements

 

Soft skills

• Field leadership
• Responsiveness and autonomy
