Which structure will you be part of as an ICSS Engineer?
We are looking, for one of our clients in the LNG sector, for an ICSS Engineer to be based in Nanterre.
ICSS Engineer: What will your missions and responsibilities be?
- Development/review of technical specifications (DCS/SIS)
- Development/review of control system architectures (ICSS)
- Participation in basic and/or detailed ICSS engineering studies
- Follow-up of internal and/or external interfaces
- Participation in validation activities related to the installation of control, safety, fire and gas systems (cabinet quantities, standard loops, etc.)
- Preparation of functional specifications: functional analysis, control narrative, cause & effect matrices, logic diagrams
- Follow-up of functional safety studies
What profile and skills are required for this ICSS Engineer position?
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas Control & Safety Systems specifics
- Know-how of Offshore/Onshore ICSS, Network
- Knowledge of F&G processes and/or rules encountered in Oil & Gas
- Ability to work across interfaces, both internal (engineering disciplines) and/or external (partners, subcontractors, vendors, etc.)
- Knowledge of ICSS installation/validation aspects
- Knowledge of applicable ISA 5.1/2/3/4/5/6 standards
- Knowledge of applicable IEC61511/62443 standards, and ideally IEC61511 certification (TÜV – QUALI-SIL)
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word/Excel/Visio)
- Reporting to the Lead
- Proficient in English
