International recruiter - Madagascar

Which team will you join ?
We are looking for a an International Recruiter to join EP2C, a growing engineering and project management consulting company, based in Ivandry, Antananarivo, Madagascar, on a permanent contract (CDI), starting as soon as possible.

 
What will be your main missions and responsibilities?

Write and post job advertisements on relevant job boards
Source and identify suitable candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, specialized networks)
Conduct pre-screening phone interviews (in French and English)
Maintain and update our internal database (T4S) daily
Qualify CVs according to defined project criteria
Collaborate with Business Managers to adjust needs and priorities
Regularly report on your activity (number of pre-screens, candidate follow-ups, feedback to Business Managers)
Actively participate in team meetings and weekly catch-ups
