PID Preparation Engineer

In which organization will you work as a PID Preparation Engineer (M/F) ? 

 

We are seeking a PID preparation engineer for one of our clients in the chemical/petrochemical industry, to be based in the Lyon metropolitan area. 

 

As a PID Preparation Engineer (M/F), you will work closely with the process team and a subcontractor team and will be primarily responsible for: 

• Managing the preparation of the PID master and its drawings
• Ensuring consistency in comments in accordance with contract rules, as well as verifying documents
• Creating and maintaining the line list
• Ensuring adherence to the schedule

 

• You hold an engineering degree and have completed at least one internship in PID management, or you hold a technical college degree in chemistry or chemical engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in this field

• Experience in a design office managing PIDs is preferred

• You are comfortable using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. Proficiency in SPPID would be a plus.

• You speak French and have an intermediate level of English.
