What organization will you be working for as Primavera P6 Planning Engineer?

We are looking for a Primavera P6 Planning Engineer on behalf of one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Nanterre and then Val de Reuil.

 

Primavera P6 Planning Engineer: What will your duties and responsibilities be?

Duties:

  • Develop a level 3 schedule in line with the selected execution strategy
  • Plan while minimizing risks and costs
  • Define and optimize the required resources
  • Define the Project structure (WBS)
  • Establish, track, and control Project progress; identify delays and propose corrective measures
  • Highlight areas of risk and propose solutions to complete the project within its objectives
  • Be involved in the Client's approval process for the baseline schedule, progress, and milestone completion
  • Raise Project team awareness of the importance of meeting intermediate objectives, and inform them of the critical path(s)
  • Prepare schedules for construction company tenders, analyze schedules submitted by consulted companies, and take part in finalizing subcontract schedules
  • Monitor contractors' schedules and update the master schedule (T.EN)
  • Track on-site work progress with the support of the construction team

What profile and skills are required for this Primavera P6 Planning Engineer position?

  • 10 years' experience
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical project specifics is essential
