In what environment will you work as a Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F)?

 

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for a Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F).

 

Mission context

 

Within a pharmaceutical site operating in a highly regulated environment, the Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F) will support operational quality and project activities to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and site quality standards.

 

Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

 

Main mission

In close collaboration with Production, CQV, Engineering and Quality Control teams, you will ensure quality oversight of operational and project activities to guarantee regulatory compliance and quality risk management.

 

Main activities

• Manage deviations, CAPA and change control activities
• Perform quality risk assessments
• Review and approve quality documentation
• Support qualification and validation activities
• Participate in quality investigations
• Follow corrective and preventive actions
• Contribute to audit preparation and follow-up
• Support operational teams on GMP topics
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

 

What profile and skills are required for this Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F) position?

 

Education & experience

• Master’s degree in pharmaceuticals, quality, engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in GMP environments
• Experience with deviations and CAPA management
• Professional English appreciated

 

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements
• Understanding of pharmaceutical quality processes
• Experience with change control and investigations
• Knowledge of CQV activities appreciated
• Good command of quality documentation practices

 

Soft skills

• Strong rigor and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Analytical mindset and synthesis skills
• Autonomy and proactivity
• Ability to work in a demanding environment
