To strengthen our teams and continue our development, we are looking for a TCE Project Manager (M/F) based in Dommartin for our engineering office, Cabinet Russier.

 

Cabinet Russier is an industrial engineering consultancy specializing in all trades (TCE), acting as both a consultant and project manager for clients across France. We support our clients in their development projects and in the control of their investments.

Mission context

As part of our strong business growth, you will join a team of passionate experts. You will work on a wide range of industrial projects, including revamping projects (renovation/modernization) and new-build projects.

Your role will be central in managing the delivery of all-trades construction works, excluding specific technical packages (CVC, Fluides, Elec) already handled by other internal specialists.

 

TCE Project Manager (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

 

Design and Engineering Phase

  • Produce preliminary drawings, diagrams, and building operating plans.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and execution schedules (using MS Project).
  • Identify and define the most suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare project documentation, including technical specifications (CCTP) and pricing breakdowns (DPGF).

 

Construction Supervision and Handover Phase

  • Review contractors’ bids and prepare comparative analysis tables to support decision-making.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of construction activities on site.
  • Lead site meetings and prepare the corresponding minutes.
  • Compile and finalize as-built documentation (DOE, drawings, etc.) for client handover.

 

What profile and skills are required for this TCE Project Manager (M/F) position?

 

Experience

  • You have at least 5 years of solid experience managing building construction or renovation projects, ideally within an engineering consultancy or project management environment in an industrial setting.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and technical writing skills (including report writing and preparation of technical specifications).
  • Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and a clear client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, operational rigor, and a strong team spirit.

 

Education

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5 / Master 2) in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Economics, or Project Management.
