In what environment will you work as a Utilities Project Manager (M/F)?

 

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for a Utilities Project Manager (M/F).

 

Mission context

As part of pharmaceutical revamping and expansion projects, the Utilities Project Manager (M/F) will be involved in utility systems projects to ensure installation performance and GMP compliance.

 

Utilities Project Manager (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

 

Main mission

 

In close collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, Production and CQV teams, you will manage projects related to pharmaceutical utilities on site.

 

Main activities

• Manage utility-related projects
• Define technical requirements and write specifications
• Follow technical studies and suppliers
• Coordinate construction and commissioning activities
• Participate in FAT/SAT and qualification activities
• Monitor planning, budget and project progress
• Manage technical interfaces
• Participate in risk assessments
• Support CQV activities

 

What profile and skills are required for this Utilities Project Manager (M/F) position?

 

Education & experience

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience on utilities projects within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with clean utilities (PW, WFI, clean steam, HVAC, gases)
• Knowledge of GMP environments
• Professional English appreciated

 

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical utility systems
• Industrial project management skills
• Ability to read PID and technical drawings
• Supplier and construction coordination
• Knowledge of CQV activities

 

Soft skills

• Leadership and autonomy
• Good cross-functional communication skills
• Strong rigor and organizational abilities
• Reactivity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
